A favorite segment of mine
More likely one of his shows from when he visited Burbank for 3-week spells. The Burbank cameras' color was considerably better than in New York then (this was when TK-41C's were used by RCA). May've been Feb. 21, 1968.
Does anyone who knows their Carson "Tonight Shows," know when that "Tea Time Movie" sketch first aired? September 13, 1977, perhaps? Or maybe September 29, 1976?
Classic TV.

No one i repeat no one was is or will be better than Johnny Carson as a late night show host
Johnny seemed to get just as much enjoyment out of this as the audience members he chose got.
I'll be right back 😂😂😂
coke days
This is something that should never be lost. This sketch needs to be remembered for years and years. I think this should be shown in English classes when discussing alliteration.
The greatest comedy duo of all time!
Carson Perfectly portrayed the typical not too bright french canuck woodsman!
Thats the way it was half a century ago in the mid-70s when everyone had class, manners and a wonderful sense of humor plus stylish unlike the dysfunctional no class dimwitted lowlifes seen everywhere today!
This looks like it was from the New York days. If so, that’s truly amazing.
My favorite of Carson’s skits. The movie titles just kill me. The one that always sticks in my mind is “The Hardy Boys wear each other’s I underwear” ha ha 😈
I miss Johnny Carson
A golden era of comedy which sadly we will never see again
Where’s Charo pieing herself?
Never saw this one before. Thank you for posting!!! Man, those were the days!!!👍9
Classic !
Abba Eban & sis boom bah…funny stuff!!! 😂
they really turned on him after what he said what you can do with Peter the pig
He wasn't even funny
this is hilarious....I have always loved Carson, and this s one of the funniest bits I have seen
Hilarious. Only Johnny could carry that off.
Just like Jackie Gleason, he rolls along with his goofs and it’s still funny
That was so bad it was good.
One of Johnny's funniest characters.
"Peter Pan" ranks as one of the all-time best. Right next to this classic... ua-cam.com/video/76wzA2A2T1Q/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
It states 1990 but I think this is more like late 1970s.
Isn’t she beautiful! Such a rotten shame she went to Mexico with that low- life.😢
The blonde was DREAMY
Love it
What happened to the color? You looked a little like the Grinch
NTSC, never the same color.
A big error in this scene. Starsky is outside of the room and the guy in the room blows a hole in door but when the guy in the room opens the door it's before the gun shot ( no hole in the door ).
In today's work environment Mr. Carson would have an appointment in the HR office the next morning (4:30). It doesn't matter that he owned the show.
no wonder my Quat would never return to me..... i always say loquat
damn i knew i forget to bring my fawn in last night... now i have fondue Also thought Fondue is how a deer styles it's hair.
Simply the best
ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Love these interviews best. I get so much laughter out of all of the failed jokes, and this one has a lot.
When Johnny and Ed laugh together, it's a total joy to watch.
Carnac was funny. PETER PAN was hilarious!!!
Loved Carnac!!!!
ekezilla keeping very busy uploading these clips for us Carson fans!
Thank you for thes latest uploads!
it's more fun when Ed does the envelopes.
Perhaps, but Doc plays a much meaner trumpet than Ed. 😂
Hahahahaha
Loved it! Thought it one of the best!
So far, ALL of your Carnacs, are new to Utube, which is Freaking Amazing.
